Early Access Care (healthcare SaaS on Azure/Kubernetes)

Led the migration from a single Linux server to a containerized app on AKS with Terraform and GitOps, evolved change management into code with enforced commit-level traceability, moved releases from multi-month preparation to a reliable weekly cadence, trained EAC's team on the new platform and change process, and helped fill SRE and developer roles to augment the team.

Publishing and e-commerce
